SHIPPING
Domestic
We ship UPS Ground by default but may use USPS Priority for smaller USA shipments. UPS Next Day and 2nd Day deliveries for USA orders are also available.
International
We ship UPS Worldwide Express for larger international orders. Smaller orders may ship USPS Priority International. Buyers are responsible for all customs/fees/costs.
RETURNS
Allowed within 14 days of the purchase date. 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in new condition and not show any evidence of use. Items not returned in new condition will not qualify for a refund. Buyer is responsible for the safe return and shipping cost back to Express35.com (insurance recommended). Pre-authorization for return is required. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
